/ About the project
In collaboration with Google Labs, we created a brand identity and a visual language system for a Google Domains rebrand.
Our approach was to create an identity that communicated Google Domain's ease. They help people get their business going, as quickly as possible. So we made complicated things like domains seem and sound less complicated.
Illustration provided us with an approachable, and relatable way to connect with our audience. It allowed us to be inclusive, and convey intricate concepts and abstract ideas about technology and how we interact with it.
In addition to a brand new easy-to-use website and digital assets, we also created a launch film to get the word out. Directed by Matthew James Thompson, the film told the story of how behind every domain there's a dream of a small business owner.
